passwordfx.com provides a browser-based utility for generating random strings of text. This website is a tool only. It does not provide security consulting, account management, or data storage services.

2. "As-Is" Warranty Disclaimer

The services on this website are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the passwords generated will be unbreakable, nor do we guarantee that the website will be error-free or available at all times.

3. Physical Safety & Distraction

You agree to use passwordfx.com responsibly. We are not responsible for any physical injury, property damage, or accidents (including but not limited to tripping, falling, or vehicular incidents) that occur while you are distracted by or interacting with this website. It is your sole responsibility to remain aware of your physical surroundings at all times.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, passwordfx.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or the inability to use the generated passwords.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your accounts.
  • Personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever.
  • The loss of any password generated by this tool.
  • Any security breaches occurring on third-party platforms.

5. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to your use of passwordfx.com shall be settled by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, rather than in court. You explicitly waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Attorney's Fees: The prevailing party in any arbitration or legal proceeding arising under these terms shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney's fees and legal costs from the non-prevailing party.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
